Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings in Brownsville, TN, is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, and ship product. The role supports accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will count shipments, check for damages, operate equipment if qualified, maintain inventory records, and help ensure on-time deliveries while following safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school degree.
• 6 months of distribution and warehousing experience or comparable experience.
• RF technologies experience a plus.
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Freight: count products, compare to manifest and report shortages or damages.
• Storage: maximize space usage and safely store items.
• Order Picking: ensure correct quantity and type are picked.
• Outbound Freight: verify shipments against orders and labels.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently; follow PPE standards.
• Inventory: assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
