Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings is seeking a warehouse shipping/receiving associate in Lakeland, FL to handle order questions, packing lists, and freight coordination under the Warehouse Manager. You will print packing tickets, generate packing lists with BOL, call freight, and assist with cycle counts and quarterly inventory, contributing to accurate shipments and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred).
• Print Packing Tickets for orders to be pulled and generate packing list with BOL.
• Call in freight to be pickup everyday

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and changes about orders from customer service
• Respond to any and all emails pertaining to shipping or receiving questions or needs
• Print Packing Tickets for orders to be pulled for customers
• Input completed customer orders pulled and generate packing list and pallet list with BOL to be attached to order
• Call in freight to be pickup everyday
• Provide directions to truck drivers
• ASN freight or order depart orders after it has been picked up
• Pull hot orders as needed
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist with cycle counts
• Double check all hot orders as needed
• Assist with quarterly inventory
• Comply with all Employee Conduct and Work Rules
• Comply with all Company policies
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred.)
