The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse operations, strong leadership, and a track record of process improvements. A bachelor's degree is preferred; associate degrees are acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in lieu will be considered.
• 5+ years in Warehouse Operations.
• Organized, detail oriented, Team player.
• Resourceful with critical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates activities associated with Warehouse Material Handling and Receiving Requirements, utilizing knowledge of quality control, inventory control, technology, and process improvements.
• Manages the receiving of products in an efficient and timely manner to meet requirements.
• Plans layout and execution of warehouse operations, considering FIFO/KANBAN/WIP requirements for distributing material to departments.
• Develops inventory control procedures throughout the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
• Performs cycle counts, schedules inventory, and maintains adequate stock at all times.
• Maintains Trans4M system data for scheduling, purchasing and quality purposes.
• Provides safety awareness training to all Warehouse employees.
• Trains and develops hourly staff, monitors attendance, and enforces company policies.
