Job summary

Kelly Services is hosting a job fair for Warehouse Dispatching Clerks at 13000 Mission Blvd., Eastvale, CA 91752. Immediate availability is required; $19/hour, 1st shift, Mon–Fri. This role supports shipping, dispatching, and daily warehouse operations and reports to the Operations Supervisor/Manager.

Applicants should be able to communicate with carriers and site personnel, perform data entry in the WMS, and maintain accurate records. Overtime may be available based on workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and shipping documentation.
• Data entry and email communication skills helpful.
• Immediate availability is required.
• Screenings must be completed and passed before starting the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with outbound carriers to provide shipment schedules and requirements.
• Relay essential operational information to site personnel.
• Receive drivers, provide directions, and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Open and close shipments in the WMS and prepare Bills of Lading for outbound freight.
• Ensure drivers leave with all required shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and data in the system.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading as needed.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate trailer moves with yard spotters.
• Provide general administrative support to leadership when required.
• Keep outbound shipping records organized and log trailer seals.
