Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, fulfillment, or high-volume warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse associates, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and providing coaching.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, RF devices, and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies, mis-picks, packing errors, damages, and shipping issues.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and incident reporting.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, overtime, or multiple shifts when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift the weight required for the position.
• Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the warehouse including labor, scheduling, and supervision.
• Oversee inventory levels, monitors the safety of goods, and ensure efficient usage of warehouse space.
• Assign tasks and aid Warehouse Manager with all shipping and receiving responsibilities.
• Assist and provide guidance for different warehouse duties as needed.
• Monitor service-level agreements, order deadlines, and accuracy expectations.
• Track productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, damages, and on-time shipping.
• Handle urgent orders, staffing shortages, and operational problems.
