Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily waves of orders.
• Monitor workload through system screens and move tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with operations to reduce inventory issues like overages and damages.
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping, communicating updates.
• Generate reports to evaluate shift progress.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure seamless transactions.
• Oversee parcel exchanges from dock to carrier truck.
• Resolve data transmission failures with customers' IT and procurement teams.
• Interface with IT when system barriers occur.
• Ensure complete shift handover communications.
