Job summary

stow Group is hiring a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for Dispatch on 1st shift in the United States. You will manage daily loading schedules, coordinate splits, and ensure accurate order fulfillment with the warehouse team.

You will check in drivers, prepare shipping documents, monitor progress, and collaborate with inventory and transportation to meet customer delivery schedules while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse logistics and planning.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Forklift license with recent experience.
• Product knowledge – metal preferred.
• SAP transactions to track deliveries/shipments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily loading schedules to warehouse loaders.
• Coordinate split loads and picking with warehouse personnel.
• Identify inventory shortages and communicate solutions.
• Support loading team and resolve operational issues.
• Check in drivers and verify shipment information.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and paperwork.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and transportation teams.
• Monitor loading progress and adjust priorities to meet schedules.
• Maintain safe, compliant shipping operations across departments.
