You will supervise staff, create schedules, monitor performance, and maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment requiring hands-on leadership and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.
