Job summary

Uline, Kenosha, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a large, fast-paced facility spanning 800,000 square feet. You’ll manage a department, develop staff, and drive schedules to meet goals in a high-volume environment.

This on-site role offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual pay range of $90,000 to $115,000, with shifts including Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–7 PM and Sunday–Thursday 9 PM–5:30 AM, in a growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree a plus (not required)
• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills required

• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel

Available Shifts

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM

Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Position Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience within a high volume, fast paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
