Job summary

Uline is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead Kenosha-based warehouse operations on the floor, coaching managers and delivering exceptional service for same-day shipping. You will oversee inbound, outbound, and supporting functions while driving performance through data-driven improvements.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, KPI-driven management, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with a large workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Experience managing 400+ employees.
• Experience with KPIs and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.
• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
