Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee to learn all facets of warehouse operations and leadership through an 18-month rotational program.

You will rotate across inbound, outbound and supporting teams, complete forklift certifications, and develop skills to drive accuracy, safety and high performance in a fast-paced environment. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Relocation willingness to another Uline location.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with multitasking ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
