Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Warehouse Department Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a large facility and support a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will develop schedules, manage warehouse personnel, and ensure accuracy and customer service while working the 10:30 AM - 7 PM or 9 PM - 5:30 AM shifts.

This on-site role offers competitive pay from $90,000 to $115,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department (e.g., UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers).
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.

Available Shifts

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
• Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM
