Uline, a fast-growing, family-owned distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Department Manager in Kenosha, WI. Pay ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year. On-site role leading multiple customer service teams to deliver exceptional support and drive continuous improvement.

You will train team leads, oversee daily operations, review performance data, and resolve escalated issues. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match, bonus programs, paid holidays and tuition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
