Job summary

Uline is hiring a Warehouse Department Manager for our Kenosha, WI facility. Lead daily operations across an 800,000 sq ft warehouse, overseeing areas such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.

Shifts include Mon–Fri 10:30 AM–7 PM and Sun–Thu 9 PM–5:30 AM. Salary from $90,000 to $115,000 per year with strong benefits and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a warehouse department (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers).
• Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse personnel.
• Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Maintain accuracy and customer service in daily department operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.

Available Shifts

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
• Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
