Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I in Florida to efficiently fulfill customer orders, receive, stock, stage, and ship materials, with up to 50% delivery driving in a clean delivery van or box truck. No CDL required.

Responsibilities include safety-first operations, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and supporting branch activities. Valid driver's license and Forklift certification preferred; HS diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; DOT rules apply; 21+ age requirement; MVR review required; medical certificate when required.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently; receive, stock, stage, and ship material.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles; perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Inspect incoming materials against packing lists and report discrepancies.
• Prepare branch orders for shipment and ensure correct quantities and products are sent.
• Assist training of entry-level truck drivers and provide mentorship as needed.
• Follow safety SOPs and maintain safe, clean work environment.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support counter sales and customer service as needed.
