Job summary

Allied Flooring & Budget Cabinets is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Delivery Specialist to support our warehouse operations and deliver cabinetry, flooring and building materials safely and efficiently. You will load and unload materials, operate delivery vehicles, assist customers and contractors, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, delivery, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain training.
• Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Good communication with customers and team members.
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and delivery vans.
• Load, unload, and secure material for delivery.
• Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites in a professional and timely manner.
• Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist customers and contractors during deliveries with excellent customer service.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming deliveries and customer pickups.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and building maintenance, keeping the warehouse and surrounding property clean and organized.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently lift and carry 50+ pounds, with assistance for heavier items
• Comfortable moving large cabinetry, flooring and building materials throughout the warehouse and job sites
• Ability to climb stairs and transport materials between floors when necessary
