Job summary

Rexel USA in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver I to efficiently fill customer orders, receive and ship materials, and maintain the branch warehouse. This role includes driving up to 50% of the time in a delivery van or box truck (no CDL required), with duties that emphasize safety and accuracy.

Work hours are 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM. No CDL is required, and the position offers growth within Rexel’s distribution network.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• Forklift certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• DOT driving regulations knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and stage material per SOPs
• Prepare branch orders for shipping
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and related equipment
• Load/unload vehicles and perform daily vehicle inspections
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse area
