Job summary

Global Spirits & Wine is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our Everett warehouse. This hands-on role combines organization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination to keep the facility running smoothly.

You will supervise warehousing tasks, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate local deliveries, and work closely with drivers and office staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse.
• Organize products and assign warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Receive and store incoming products.
• Coordinate with drivers for deliveries.
• Learn and use QuickBooks for inventory functions.
