Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a warehouse leader to manage high-volume operations, coordinating inbound functions and ensuring adherence to safety and policy standards. The role focuses on directing frontline staff, driving productivity, and maintaining efficient processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all Inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures.
• Coach, train, direct, and counsel Operational associates on overall performance.
• Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
