Rexel USA in Springdale, AR is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Truck Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with a driving component to deliver products to customers and company locations. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, shipping, and maintaining gear and safety protocols.

You will work in a safety-focused environment, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and meeting customer needs. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, with CDL not required.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• DOT, local and state driving laws compliance
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOP.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine as needed.
• Load/unload vehicle and prepare orders for delivery.
• Drive deliveries to customers and company locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
