Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform specialized tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, and shipping. The role requires operating a company or personal vehicle with GVW under 10,001 lbs and may involve occasional driving for deliveries.

The position involves heavy lifting (50-300 pounds), routine vehicle inspections, and adherence to company procedures. A HS Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in warehousing or similar roles.
• Valid driver’s license preferred or required for driving company/personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage and transport goods.
• Operate forklift or related machinery as needed.
• Prepare and maintain records and documents for deliveries and inventory.
• Drive company or personal vehicle to deliver materials (Non-DOT) as required.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Manage orders, packing slips, and discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
