Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, and forklift tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role may require operating a company vehicle (non-CDL) and handling up to heavy loads with safety protocols in place.

You will verify documents, coordinate with drivers, and contribute to accurate inventory, packaging, and timely deliveries while upholding White Cap’s standards of reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• H S Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from State of Residence.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with flatbeds, box trucks, strapping, and tie-downs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods; pick, stock, and stage items.
• Operate forklift or other machinery as needed.
• Prepare deliveries and shipments; process returns.
• Drive company vehicles on non-CDL assignments.
• Maintain safety, inspect equipment, and keep records.
• Support loading dock and warehousing tasks.
