Job description

Position Overview:

This Warehouse Delivery Driver/Inventory Management Rep is responsible for managing our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, also known as CPS Programs, at customer facilities. The role involves delivering and organizing products, maintaining a clean and organized CPS Program, and providing excellent customer service. Delivery routes include Worcester and/or Boston.

Pay:

$21/hr

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scan and stock inventory at customer locations, ensuring proper levels with minimal excess.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to CPS business.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Transport products to customers.
• Replenish customer inventory by placing orders.
• Accurately deliver products and organize inventory according to requirements.
• Address customer concerns on site and communicate with internal departments.
• Identify and forward leads for additional products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and racks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Follow all fleet and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience with VMI programs, customer service, or driving is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, DOT Medical Certificate, clean driving record, and at least 21 years old.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Adaptability, self-motivation, and good communication skills.
• Ability to interpret documents and perform basic math accurately.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including seasonal weather.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
