Job summary

East Bay Restaurant Supply, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Person to support local deliveries and warehouse duties in California. You will receive and process orders, operate forklifts and order pickers, palletize goods, and assist with loading/unloading trucks while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, computer use for inventory, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior delivery experience and a valid DMV record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test and maintain a clean DMV report.
• Experience with forklift and/or order picker required.
• Knowledgeable in safely securing equipment on the delivery trucks.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Experience driving a 26' bobtail truck w/ lift gate.
• Capable of lifting equipment up stairs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Delivery experience preferred.

• The Delivery Person is responsible for local deliveries independently and/or assisting current crews. Responsibilities include maintaining radio or telephone contact with the Warehouse Delivery Center to receive delivery and/or pickup instructions, warehouse organization, shipping and receiving, and other general warehouse duties as assigned.
