Job summary

Haggard & Stocking is seeking a Delivery Driver in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role combines delivery with light warehouse duties, offering structured daytime hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and a competitive hourly wage.

The position emphasizes hands-on work, attention to detail, and customer interactions. Prior forklift experience is a plus, and the company provides benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, a 401K match, and performance-based bonuses.

• Capable of lifting 30-50 lbs
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse or delivery environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery
• Organize and process paperwork for delivery
• Load vehicle according to delivery schedule
• Deliver product to customers and obtain signatures
• Comply with customer PPE requirements
• Stock customer bins and/or vending machines
• Scan items at VMI customer for appropriate reorder
• Return and process all delivery paperwork
• Monitor and communicate vehicle maintenance
• Cross train in all warehouse functions
• Pick and pack orders
• Maintain bin locations
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal staff
• General housekeeping of warehouse areas
• Follow Fleet Safety Policy
• Other tasks incidental

Essential Functions:

• Prepare orders for delivery
• Organize and process paperwork for delivery
• Load vehicle according to delivery schedule
• Deliver product to customers and obtain signatures as required
• Comply with customer PPE requirements
• Stock customer bins and/or vending machines
• Scan items at VMI customer for appropriate reorder
• Return and process all delivery paperwork
• Monitor and communicate vehicle maintenance and upkeep needs
• General housekeeping of delivery vehicle including, recording/reporting maintenance needs
• Cross train in all warehouse functions
• Pick and pack orders, stock product as need arises
• Maintain bin locations
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal staff as needed for continuity of service
• General housekeeping of warehouse areas
• Follow the guidelines set forth in the Fleet Safety Policy
• Other tasks that are reasonably related to the position and are of an incidental nature may be assigned
