Haggard & Stocking Associates Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle order entry in ERP, quote pricing, and expedite orders. You will interact with customers, vendors, and sales staff, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma (some college preferred) and proficiency with Excel/Word in Windows. This in-person position is based at our Fort Wayne location with regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service office environment.
• P21 knowledge preferred; tooling knowledge preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time in Windows (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone or in person to enter orders in ERP.
• Quote pricing verbally and electronically; expedite orders when needed.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and vendors and communicate with outside sales.
• Coordinate with vendor representatives; handle large spreadsheet quote packages.
• Display quick decision making and support other duties as assigned.
