Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Platt team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role combines warehouse duties with delivery responsibilities, and no CDL is required.

The ideal candidate will be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess or be willing to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification. This hourly role offers growth in a large electrical distribution network and requires adherence to safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per SOPs.
• Operate delivery vehicle 50% of time, no CDL required.
• Prepare documents for shipments and verify accuracy.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicle daily.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide mentorship to entry-level drivers.
• Adhere to DOT and state driving regulations.
• Support counter sales and customer service when needed.
