Job summary

TireHub in Houston, TX is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our warehouse team. You will load and unload tires, deliver to local customers, and help with order picking, packing, and staging. The role supports inventory control and requires OSHA training as provided.

Expect a fast-paced environment with consistent schedules and career growth opportunities. Starting pay is $20.50/hr with a $2.00 raise in the first year, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history.
• Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any DOT minimum age requirement where applicable.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

What the Job Is Like

Be ready to stay active throughout your shift:

• Lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs. frequently)
• Stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Operate equipment including order pickers and forklifts (OSHA certification training provided)
• Work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Flexible scheduling including some Saturdays
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 ft on order pickers
• Commitment to following all safety rules and company policies
• Maintain valid drivers license and all required certifications throughout employment

Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints.
