Job summary

TireHub in Richmond, VA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our on-site operations. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading tires, delivering to local customers, and maintaining precise order fulfillment with a focus on safety on the warehouse floor.

You will operate forklifts and order-picking equipment, assist with inventory, and provide excellent customer service on every delivery. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
• Must meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any DOT minimum age requirement where applicable
• Team player with a strong work ethic

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

What the Job Is Like:

Be ready to stay active throughout your shift:

• Lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs. frequently)
• Stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
• Operate equipment including order pickers and forklifts (OSHA certification training provided)
• Work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Flexible scheduling including some Saturdays
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 ft on order pickers
• Commitment to following all safety rules and company policies
• Maintain valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height, to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints.
