Logistics Specialist (LS) Role
The primary role involves loading and unloading tires for warehouse storage and/or timely customer delivery, including the unloading and staging of products at the customer’s business location. The LS represents TireHub professionally in all customer interactions and maintains safe driving practices while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships.
Compensation and Schedule
Starting wage of $20.00 per hour, with applicable wage progression after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year tenure with TireHub.
Monday through Saturday – fluctuating day shift hours.

This position reports to an Assistant TLC Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Distribute tasks across General Warehousing, Delivery Services, and Vehicle Maintenance; adjust allocations as business needs evolve.
- Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for transport vehicles.
- Follow TireHub safety standards for selecting, packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing orders; position them using the bin locator system.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory control procedures.
- Collect payments from customers on Cash on Delivery transactions.
- Ensure vehicles remain clean and in good mechanical condition.
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues promptly.
- Maintain driver and vehicle maintenance logs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with TireHub policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training through in-class, in-person, or computer-based modules.
- Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor or leadership.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of general work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid license
- Must be 19 years old or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Repeatedly lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
- Frequent bending, twisting, and lifting
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Load, unload, and place tires in warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Work up to 35 feet above ground-level
- Work up to 8 hours per day on a forklift
- Safely drive TireHub vehicles to deliver tires to customer locations
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with manifest, GPS, and navigation systems
- Maintain forklift certification and valid driver’s license
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and move tires up to 50 lbs or more following safety procedures; stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance as needed
- Handle hazardous materials and wear protective equipment as required
- Specific vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception
- Work in various settings, including non-climate-controlled warehouses and customer locations
- Extended day, evening, and weekend work may be required
- Night driving or inclement weather may be required
- Weight and height limits apply to equipment safety; accommodations may be reviewed per ADA and laws
