Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Branch Driver I for our Platt team in Monroe, WA. The role involves efficiently filling customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping materials while upholding safety and accuracy standards.

The position includes a driving component with deliveries up to 50% of the time in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). You will handle warehouse transactions, equipment maintenance, and ensure documentation is complete during deliveries.

Qualifications

• No experience required; entry level acceptable.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Report review.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive material from vendors, customers or other warehouses and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Keep incoming orders stocked on shelves and report any freight damage claims.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct product types are shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and ensure items are correctly labeled and documented.
• Operate machinery (forklift, reach truck, wire cutting machine) as required.
• Load common carrier and company vehicles for deliveries.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and conduct daily vehicle inspections.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver to customers and other locations; follow DOT and state driving regulations.
• May assist in preparing orders for delivery and provide counter sales/customer support as needed.
