Job summary

A.J. LeBlanc Heating, Inc. is hiring a full-time Warehouse & Delivery Associate at our Bedford, NH location to keep inventory organized and support field teams. This hands-on role moves between receiving, inventory, job preparation, deliveries, and day-to-day warehouse support.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., based at our main location in Bedford, NH. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a dependable, organized approach;

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, organized approach balancing warehouse, shop, and field needs.
• Forklift experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming equipment, parts, and materials.
• Organize inventory and keep warehouse shelves, the shop, and the yard orderly.
• Pull equipment and materials for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water-treatment jobs.
• Load service and installation vehicles with necessary supplies.
• Pick up parts and equipment from vendors and make deliveries as assigned.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low, missing, or incorrect stock.
• Track returned and warranty equipment, serial tags, paperwork status, vendor returns, and disposal approvals.

A.J. LeBlanc Heating is hiring a full-time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to keep our Bedford shop organized and our field teams supplied. This is a hands-on position for someone who can move comfortably between receiving, inventory, job preparation, deliveries, and day-to-day warehouse support.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., based at our main location at 45 South River Road in Bedford, New Hampshire.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming equipment, parts, and materials.
• Organize inventory and keep warehouse shelves, the shop, and the yard orderly.
• Pull equipment and materials for upcoming HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water-treatment jobs.
• Load service and installation vehicles so crews leave with what they need.
• Pick up parts and equipment from vendors and make deliveries as assigned.
• Assist with inventory counts and report low, missing, or incorrect stock.
• Help track returned and warranty equipment, serial tags, paperwork status, vendor returns, and equipment approved for disposal.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license.
