A Plus Air Conditioning is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Gainesville to support HVAC operations. You will receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts, prepare orders for technicians, and help keep inventory accurate and accessible.

This full-time role offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k), PTO, and vacation days after one year.

Formación

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license may be required if driving company vehicles is part of the position.
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction or mechanical industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect HVAC parts and equipment.
• Organize inventory and stock materials.
• Prepare orders for service technicians and installation teams.
• Track inventory transactions and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Conduct inventory counts and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Collaborate with technicians, dispatchers, and management to keep materials available.

A LOOK AT YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll receive and inspect HVAC parts and equipment, organize inventory, stock materials, and prepare orders for service technicians and installation teams. You'll help track inventory transactions, assist with loading and unloading deliveries, conduct inventory counts, and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. You'll work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure materials are available when needed and help keep projects moving forward efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

We're looking for someone who can work Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and meets the following qualifications:

• Valid driver's license may be required if driving company vehicles is part of the position
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn inventory management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely handle HVAC parts, tools, equipment, and supplies
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or mechanical industry experience is a plus
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material-handling experience is preferred
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred; training may be provided

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
