Job summary

Moveras is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and transactions specialist to manage core warehouse records and ensure accurate documentation. You will support the accounting team, perform periodic inventory counts, and drive accuracy through checks and reconciliations.

The role requires fast data entry, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems such as AXAPTA. Collaborative team environment and emphasis on timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Accurate and speedy data entry skills.
• Strong MS Office experience; experience with MRP/ERP software (Microsoft AXAPTA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper transaction execution for all transactions.
• Work closely with Accounting to ensure transactions include all necessary information.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and verify against perpetual stock.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting on inventory accuracy KPIs.
