Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operator, Data Center Lead. The Team Lead will coordinate and oversee all warehousing activities, including receiving, shipping and staging, under the Operations Supervisor.

You will mentor associates, ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound paperwork and uphold safety, quality, and ISO standards. Responsibilities include training, forklift oversight, and maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping and put-away.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on standard operating procedures.
• Comply with safety protocols and ISO/OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all warehousing activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution tasks such as shipping, receiving, picking and quality control.
• Oversee unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments; ensure paperwork accuracy with drivers.
