Job summary

Arnoff Moving & Storage, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Data Analyst in Sterling, VA to turn warehouse data into decisions that keep high-tech supply chains moving. This on-site role focuses on on-hand inventory, shipments, and performance metrics at the Dulles corridor facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, supply chain, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in reporting or analytics, ideally in warehousing or logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, lookups). Power BI or Tableau is a big plus.
• Experience pulling and reconciling data from existing systems.
• Working understanding of inventory concepts like shrinkage, cycle counts, and on-hand buckets.
• Clear, accurate writing that turns findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting rhythm: Run and distribute assigned reports, including on-hand inventory and requested transactional reports.
• Run the shipment and location reports that set the Supervisor up for the day.
• Compile and enter milestone data for the daily milk run.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cycle count reports for the Program Manager.
• Build the data behind scorecard updates and KPI, SLA, volume, and spend reporting.
• Provide billing data to the Program Manager and Finance every billing cycle.
• Automate recurring reports and keep report documentation current.
• Train staff on reports and system use.
• Serve as Arnoff's main point of contact at the facility and support project management as needed.

Warehouse Data Analyst

Salary Range: $32.00 To $36.00 Annually

The Dulles corridor runs on data. From the data centers of Loudoun County to the air cargo moving through Dulles Airport, this region is where logistics and technology meet, and this role sits right at that intersection.

At Arnoff, our partner Dulles facility supports a forward stocking location for a leading technology customer, where the right part in the right place at the right time really matters. We are looking for a Warehouse Data Analyst who loves clean numbers, sharp reports, and finding the story hiding in a spreadsheet. You will be the person that we rely on to know exactly what is on hand, what shipped, and how we are performing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Power the numbers that matter

• Build the data behind scorecard updates and KPI, SLA, volume, and spend reporting.


• Provide billing data to the Program Manager and Finance every billing cycle.


• Supply controllable-error data to support warehouse performance reviews.


• Spot data discrepancies and flag them to the Supervisor for correction.

Make it better

• Automate recurring reports and keep report documentation current.


• Train staff on reports and system use.


• Serve as Arnoff's main point of contact at the facility and support project management as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A bachelor's degree in analytics, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


• 2+ years in reporting or analytics, ideally in warehousing or logistics.


• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, lookups). Power BI or Tableau is a big plus.

Location

On-site in Dulles, VA, close to Route 28, the Dulles Toll Road, and Washington Dulles International Airport ( no relocation opportunities available)

Schedule

Weekdays, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch). No nights, no weekends.
