Job summary

Allen Distribution in Indiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately process orders and support warehousing operations. This full-time role on 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am, Sun-Thu) reports to the General Manager and offers pay of $18.00 plus $1.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities include order processing, data entry, and interfacing with customers and carriers to ensure timely delivery, while adhering to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, WMS, document scanning and basic office tasks.
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Coordination, problem solving and clear communication with customers and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound/outbound orders accurately within designated systems.
• Provide customer service for warehousing operations and order status.
• Enter data and review orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with drivers and customers to maintain warehouse flow.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules and quality guidelines.
