Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Totowa, NJ to support store operations by compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and assisting customers on the floor or at the vehicle.

You'll operate a forklift, check inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering friendly, reliable service. Both full-time and part-time roles are available with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform required duties.
• Warehouse experience and customer service experience preferred.
• Forklift certifications through F&D completed where permissible by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of safety processes and compliance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Restock show floor with product and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Load out customers with the correct product and assist in locating items.
• Be available to assist in other areas and keep the work area clean and safe.
