We are a fast-paced office and are highly motivated to continue to grow in the awesome community. We currently service 75-100 local contractors but also ship nationwide

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Process customer orders and provide order updates.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Assist with other warehouse and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
