Job summary

BelAire Heating & Cooling in Grand Rapids seeks a Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner to ensure timely delivery of materials to field technicians and maintain an organized warehouse. The role combines in-warehouse tasks with on-site deliveries, supporting our service teams daily.

Warehouse Associate/Parts Runner Seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to work in our Grand Rapids warehouse. This position is hybrid in the warehouse and on the road. Your time will be spent making sure our field employees have the proper materials to complete their jobs, whether that is in the warehouse or dropping material off to them.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pull equipment for jobs.
• Check equipment and keep an organized warehouse.
• Work with other members of the inventory team to help with equipment and inventory.
• Assist in general upkeep of office and property (mowing lawn, cleaning warehouse, etc.)
• Use our computer system to accurately keep track of inventory.
• Run service parts on a daily basis to our technicians
• Order materials for jobs and stock in the warehouse
• Maintain lawn and parking lot

Desired Skills:

• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Proven organizational skills.
• HVAC, construction, or inventory experience etc.
