Are you a detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills? A top logistics provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their warehouse operations team!

Salary: $21 - $21.01 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 8 AM- 5:30 PM. Education: High School.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong professional trust.
• WMS & Data Entry Proficiency: Skilled in accurate, high-volume data entry, stock reporting, and navigating Warehouse Management Systems.
• Logistics Documentation: Hands-on experience processing shipping/receiving paperwork, verifying order accuracy, and managing discrepancies.
• Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination, phone routing, and driver check-ins.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
