Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a Warehouse and Customer Service Operator in Fort Worth, TX. This seasonal contract role blends hands-on warehouse tasks with direct customer service at the counter, in a fast-paced environment.

The job involves operating forklifts, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and assisting customers, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates should have at least one year of warehouse or forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability

At least 1 year of related warehouse or forklift operation experience.
High school diploma or GED - Required.
Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and hydraulic jack lifts to move materials safely.
Unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
Assist customers and handle counter duties with strong customer service.
Receive goods, verify items against shipment records, and inspect condition of materials.
Gather, verify, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
Record received and shipped items using written and computerized documentation.
Route materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas as needed.
