Responsibilities

• Communicate with truck drivers, warehouse employees, customers, and transportation personnel.
• Share schedules, load information, pickup and delivery details, and changes.
• Read and maintain dispatch logs, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate driver pickups and deliveries and direct them to loading/unloading areas.
• Communicate with management and warehouse staff regarding freight, appointments, and priorities.
• Monitor load status and communicate delays or changes.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and daily warehouse workflow.
• Verify paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Help resolve issues involving drivers, freight, schedules, and warehouse operations.
