Job summary

World Vision is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support warehouse operations in the Transformational Engagement Division. You will stock, manage inventory, prepare orders, and operate the cash register in a fast-paced setting.

The role reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager, Domestic Programs Group. Requirements include a High School/GED or equivalent, with at least 1 year in retail or warehouse work, and U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
• Ability to resolve conflicts using calm reasoning and Scripture-guided principles.

Responsibilities

• Keep Christ central in daily activities and reflect WV Core Values.
• Prepare warehouse orders for in-house and external shipping for timely delivery.
• Receive deliveries, price products for distribution, and balance cash register.
• Assign appropriate retail value to products according to warehouse policy.
• Oversee TRC, BMC and ESC centers and ensure areas are stocked and organized.
• Coordinate product placement and replenishment with Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Maintain and update shopping templates for partners and teachers use.
• Serve as POS expert and process credit/debit card transactions.
