Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Billing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Properly processes customers’ inbounds; troubleshoots POs; confirms 100% accurate put-away; resolves discrepancies as needed.
• Properly processes customers orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed.
• Uses warehouse management system and maintains documentation.
• Coordinates and updates warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
• Reviews shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Provides exceptional customer service to callers, customers and carriers.
• Communicates with customers, employees and management to ensure necessary requirements are met.
• Processes, audits and files various documentation.
• Performs various office support activities.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Gets along with others and promotes a positive team environment.
• Assists other employees and may work overtime on weekends.
