Job summary

Target is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dover, DE to process orders, manage inquiries, and support billing and shipping activities. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

A bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED is acceptable. Full-time hours Monday–Friday with potential Saturdays; benefits include health and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders, purchase orders, and warehouse transfer entries accurately.
• Generate invoices, credit memos, and manage inventory modifications.
• Prepare and respond to bid proposals as needed.
• Enter client information into computer systems and use distribution control software to resolve product and order inquiries.
• Verify billing accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Reconcile inventory records and assist in daily and monthly closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
