Job summary

FoodPRO is seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate for our Express Pick-Up store. You will greet customers, assist with placing orders in person and over the phone, address inquiries, and provide solutions.

Requirements include excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in sales or customer service. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma; hours Monday-Friday 8am–4pm and Saturday 8am–2pm; compensation $18-$20 per hour.

FoodPRO is a trusted wholesale restaurant supplier and food-service distributor of fresh cut steaks, fish, and produce, as well as non-perishable groceries and food service supplies. FoodPRO has distributed food to their loyal clientele for over 80 years throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, D.C., and Pennsylvania.

FoodPRO is looking for a full-time customer service associate for our Express Pick-Up store. The Customer Service Associate will provide excellent customer service to our existing customers and the public with placing and picking up orders as well as addressing any concerns and providing solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Assist customers with placing orders in person and over the phone
• Address customer inquiries, concerns or complaints and providing solutions when necessary
• Make product recommendations when needed
• Assist customers with transporting orders to their vehicle
• Stage orders for pick-up

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm; Saturday 8am-2pm (work 3 out of 4 Saturdays/ month)

Salary:

$18-20/hr
