Idlogistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations within the distribution center, handling shipping/receiving, billing, and inquiries. You will act as the liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and internal management to ensure timely, accurate communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.
The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service or logistics, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting daily customer service operations within the distribution center by managing shipping and receiving activities, processing billing and invoicing, and resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and internal management while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication in a fast-paced logistics environment.
On-site
Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
No travel required.
Competitive hourly pay of $20.50/hour plus $1.00 shift differential, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.
