Job summary

Arnold Lumber Company in Rhode Island is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to assist customers with product selection and to pick and stage orders for walk-in clients and deliveries. You will be the first contact for walk-ins, coordinate with counter sales, ensure accurate picking, safe handling, and proper palletizing, and report discrepancies to the Department Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, warehouse and customer service experience, ability to lift up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse or similar experience preferred.
• Customer service experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and place orders for walk-in clients and deliveries.
• Pick, organize, and stage products for transfers, work orders, and deliveries with accuracy.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, including forklift pre-trip inspections.
• Coordinate with counter sales and report discrepancies to the Department Manager.
