Job summary

Sunland Logistics Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to bridge warehouse operations and customer service. You will handle inquiries, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure efficient logistics.

The role requires experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication, and comfort with warehouse processes and WMS/CRM tools. Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years or more related experience in customer service or logistics.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, shipments, and inventory availability.
• Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse staff for timely deliveries.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to shipping errors, damages, or delays.
• Maintain accurate records with logistics, shipping, and inventory teams.
